The Stillwater's Leadership Tomorrow program is designed to take a group of distinguished students and help them recognize their own leadership potential, develop essential leadership skills, and understand their capability to impact the community. Students are encouraged to apply what they learn to promote leadership among their peers, upon continuing their education and throughout their careers.

Twenty-six Stillwater High School juniors experienced team building activities, leadership skills development, community needs awareness, communication skills development, leadership and communication skills activities. Lieutenant Governor Jari Askins, was the graduation ceremony speaker.
